Inside the building

Inside the building, around 200 supporters gathered for the meeting. Many were not Hanson supporters but came to listen first-hand to the views of One Nation. This is an aspect of political meetings the media hardly ever talks about: information. There were people in the meeting who made the correct decision to bypass the media and find out for themselves what One Nation stands for.

Many at the meeting were migrants as a later show of hands indicated. Some had to hide their face from the cameras by fear of being identified on the news.
