Some traps that adversely effect commercial webs

  • Large images and content which "eats up" bandwidth.
  • Dead web sites.
  • Lack of background information.

    • Lack of supporting links or information.
    Where possible add links to information like Frequently Asked Questions, technical advice etc... related to your product or service.
