Business:
The ACTU have attacked mining giant CRA setting up a series of rolling strikes to damage the company's reputation because it served writs on about 70 union

The housing industry in Australia is facing a major downturn with home lending hitting rock bottom and states like Queensland expecting a 40% fall in new home

Personal trivia:
Yesterday was another warm (not hot) day with blustery breezes coming down the Brisbane valley. I went for a walk down to the Brisbane River banks and saw a
school of bream about 12" to 18" in length slowly winding their way up the clear water. I will have to get my fishing rod out when the workload on the net slows down.
Woe is me - what an addiction to have as a hobby!
