One Nation MP David Dalgleish (seen right) was unlikely to press charges despite being "king-hit" by an Aborigine in his Hervey Bay electorate on Friday afternoon, the partys Queensland leader Bill Feldman said.
Feldman said on Saturday that the incident on the streets of Hervey Bay in south-east Queensland had been seen by three ambulance officers and a hairdresser and was "completely unprovoked".
Dalgleish, 35, alleges he was approached by a man who called him a racist and king-hit him.
A Hervey Bay police spokesman has confirmed an incident involving the local member had been reported. Feldman said he had spoken to Dalgleish about the incident, which he described as an isolated attack on a One Nation politician.
"The only other one I know of was when Pauline Hanson was spat on by two juvenile indigenous people in her electorate office about 18 months ago," said Feldman, a former policeman.
Although Dalgleishs attacker was well-known in Hervey Bay and unlikely to be hard to find, an official complaint was not expected to be made to police.
"David was king hit unexpectantly to the side of the face. Its actually knocked his spectacles from his face. (But) its not an injury that would be consistent with bodily harm," Feldman said.
"Its more a common assault. David grabbed hold of him and prevented it from going any further. "Thats one reason why we probably wont take it any further than ... advising police whats occurred."
Mal Colston single handedly sunk the Coalition's best prepared plans to sell off the rest of Telstra.
For a man who has been reviled and abused by his own side of politics his final vote was the sweetest. Just hours before the vote was taken in the Senate the mongrel Labor Senators had called Colston every manner of names including John Faulkner's classic "the most useless, abominable" Senator ever.
Then at 6pm Colston let fly with his thoughts on the proposed privatisation of Telstra. You could have heard a pin drop as Colston said that the Bill was being rushed through Parliament without consideration for its full implications.
He said that he was worried about the sale's impact on Telstra jobs - especially those in Queensland and the standards of telecommunications delivery to the bush - pointing out that, despite promises that they would get better prior to the sale of one third of the communications giant, services to the bush had in fact worsened.
"For us to do otherwise would be to short change our future for short term political gain. On balance I find at this stage I am unable to support the Bill and will thus be voting against it.
Colston joined the Labor Party, Democrats and Greens against Independent Harradine and the Coalition to force a 34 all stalemate resulting in the Bill being rejected.
Communications Minister Richard Alston was furious. John Howard had made a special trip to Brisbane on Friday to meet with Colston to curry his favour...
"It is a matter of great regret to us that we are not in a position at this very late hour to give attention to matters which could have been raised over a number of weeks," Alston said.
The failure of the sale means that the Coalition will not be able to present a grab bag of billion dollar promises to get support in the upcoming Federal Election.
Common sense has prevailed - and the rise and rise of the Independents and One nation in Australia will see more and more of the elites plans being rejected as the people once again have a say in the running of their country.
A ROW has erupted over the decision by a Jewish magazine to publish the names of 2,000 members and financial supporters of Australia's anti-immigration One Nation party.
The publication of "Leibler's List" - named after the magazine's publisher, Mark Leibler - has divided the Jewish community, infuriated many of those identified and prompted One Nation leaders to complain of persecution. The special edition of the Australia/Israel Review, based in Melbourne, is headlined "Gotcha: One Nation's secret membership list". The names were leaked to the magazine by a disaffected party member.
The publication has prompted comparisons, said by Jewish historians to be erroneous, with Nazi lists of Jews during the Second World War. The issue has also sparked a fierce debate on the civil rights implications raised. A number of One Nation members named have expressed fears that they will now become a target for attacks by anti-racist groups, and some are considering taking legal action.
The man behind the magazine, Leibler, - is the same man behind Jetset. Before you consider booking your next holiday trip with Jetset I would ask you to consider what Leibler's views are on the publication of the list in the Australia/Israel Review:
Mr Leibler said the decision to publish the list of members and donors was in the interests of "political transparency". He said concerns about privacy had been met by not publishing full addresses and telephone numbers. So they did not publish phone numbers - how kind. They did not need to - they published the suburbs.
As David Ettridge, One Nation's national director, said: "We think it is ironic that the Jewish people, who have been so persecuted, are using such tactics now to persecute One Nation members." Marika Weinberger, president of the Australian Association of Jewish Holocaust Survivors, said Jews were not comfortable with "lists". She said: "In a democratic country, which, thank God, Australia still is, it is a bit of a worry."
But one of the Jewish community's most senior rabbis, Brian Fox, gave the magazine his full support. Rabbi Fox, former president of the New South Wales Council of Christians and Jews, said that if Jewish people had published a list of Nazi sympathisers and supporters in 1933, the history of the world would have been entirely different. He said: "Millions of people, including one and a half million Jewish children, would never have died in Auschwitz."
The Australia/Israel Review has shelved plans to publish the names of One Nation's remaining 8,000 members. Mr Leibler said: "We feel we have made our point."

The answer to the above question is "YES". And it is "yes" regardless of how "nice guy" nationalists speak or act. ASIO defines subversion as "racism". This is a fact! ASIO no longer considers most Communist/Marxist groups as "subversive". That change occurred back in 1982.
The state-run Special Branch were more responsive to immediate political pressures and viewed nationalists as criminal, not only because of their activities (and alleged activities), but because of their political opinions. In its later years, the New South Wales Special Branch tried to recruit agents of more intelligence to combat active nationalists.
Such "investigation" (and other harassment) is natural, due to our opposition to Australia's racial, economic, and political destruction mapped out for us by the Establishment. It is that simple. Don't forget it.
They have started legal proceedings against the Registrar of the ACT Magistrates Court in an attempt to force him to issue warrants against Mr Howard, Tim Fischer, Brian Harradine and Pauline Hanson. The politicians have been cited over their involvement in the new native title amendments.
The matter is expected to come before the Master of the Supreme Court next Friday.
The "Foreign Investor's Privilege" program was designed to draw well heeled Hong Kong residents to Thailand after the territory's return to Chinese rule last July but is open to others.
Secretary-general of the House commission on fiscal, banking, and financial institutions Surapong Tovijakchaikul said 106 of the applications had been approved.
He declined to indicate the nationality of successful applicants but suggested most were ethnic Chinese. Other officials earlier said they also included Britons Malaysians and an American.
Surapong said obstacles to the schemers success included lack of publicity in target markets and restrictions on foreign ownership of property in Thailand.
Foreigners can purchase up to 40 percent of condominiums in any one complex but are completely banned from owning land. Thai women who marry foreign men are treated as foreigners when purchasing real estate though Thai men married to foreign women retain their rights.
Finance Minister Tarrin Nimmanahaemindaha said he would propose foreigners be allowed to take long term leases on land to give them greater security.
The residency scheme is only open to individuals holding at least 10 million baht in cash and successful applicants are required to invest the money in business or property or deposit it here.
Subject: MAI
Hello from Canada. Many of us here are having grave concerns about the MAI. Our government has done its best to keep everything about it secret, but in spite of that many people are hearing more and more about its negatives, and more and more people are speaking out about it. Unfortunately, however, none of the political parties seem to want to bring out the truth. There are many people who are discussing it and spreading info about the MAI on the internet. I am glad that I found your pages while investigating the Pauline Hanson phenomena. We need a One Nation party in Canada to straighten out the absurd situation we have here. I will continue to search out your pages, but if you have anything in the way of a summary or expose that you can send on e-mail, please do so. Thank you. Your for freedom,
John DeRinzy
Subject: One Nation back on line
Dear Sir ,
what a relief that you are now back on line.! Like many others I was suffering severe withdrawals from your absence. I had forgotten how pervasive and mindnumbing ,the bland Packer/Murdoch pap was, when taken on its own!
The sudden collapse of the ISP server must have created an immense amount of work for you to get things up and running again, please accept our heartfelt thanks for restoring Australia's only free ,truthful and unbiased news publication.
Power on One Nation!

Subject: A Crooked Affair
Well, that little effort by Ray "armour hair" Martin wasn't any surprise was it?
I watched only a little of this "uncontrived get - together" by a "bunch of Australians" before switching off in disgust, however in that time we had some "totally unbiased" commentary by John Laws to the effect that there is nothing wrong with Australia - In my humble opinion John Laws would promote rat baits to toddlers if there was a buck in it - I am amazed that he didn't give his latest corporate bed partner a plug on air.
Then we had good old Cheryl, Australia's biggest turncoat and political whore in living memory, accuse all men that voted for O.N as having voted with the little head, not the big one. ( Despite your little sabbatical we do remember you Cheryl ) I could go on and on ( Who owns Ita Buttrose this week?) but my stomach won't cop it.
What's next Ray? - "Some ordinary asian dictators discuss their fears of Hanson"?
Best Regards,

Subject: Another cover-up ?
Dear Sir,
On Friday a One Nation Member of Parliament was attacked and bashed by an Aboriginal person on the street in broad daylight.
Why is this story being quashed in the mainstream media
?
Are Aboriginals allowed to bash Members of the Queensland Parliament and
get away with it ?
How many other Queensland Members of Parliament have been bashed on the street
in broad daylight ?
Is it only One Nation Members of Parliament that are allowed to be bashed
by Aboriginals without redress?
Is this a fair and decent society or are we being had?

Subject: Aborigine king-hits One Nation Hervey Bay MP
Just imagine the headlines if a One Nation MP hit an aborigine! (Provoked or not)
I disagree with the MP. He should have asked the police to press charges. This is a hate crime.
There was a brief mention of this story on Channel 7 in Adelaide, but nothing on Channel 9.
But there was no mention that the attacker was an aborigine, or that it was a racist attack.

Subject: One Nation list
Hi,
First of all, I want to say it's great to see GWB News back on line. We missed ya.
The Australia/Israel review's publishing of One nation members list seems remarkably similar to methods used by the Nazis against the Jews. A German immigrant I know was very surprised that this Jewish magazine would resort to such a stupid act reminiscent of Nazism. I'm sure many Australian Jews would be disappointed at the extremism of the Australia/Israel review.
There are many new Australians ( myself included ) who have taken the time to find out what Pauline Hanson actually said and we support her.
However, those divisive so called "ethnic groups" slandering Pauline Hanson perhaps do not see themselves as Australians. The Australia/Israel review seems to be in this category.
thanks,
Peter.W
Subject: Auntie mind-bending
I see Auntie has stooped to the same level as the Corporate Media, and is using propaganda tactics to slyly change perceptions of reality. On the Radio National program: 'Comfort Zone', this week, the compare was doing a tour around the country town of Roma talking about tucker as is his wont, but, Auntie just had to slip in the anti-Hanson propaganda piece, masquerading as a supposed radio broadcast the compare just fortuitously happened to be listening to on his car radio as he moved across town after he had just interviewed a Chinese immigrant who has lived in Roma for yonks. Incidentally, the Chinese immigrant spoke better Strine than the pseudo-pommy accented compare.

Subject: Comments on Australian News of the Day
Dear Sir,
I was reading this supposedly "truly independent" newsletter (now how can you be independent if you're linked with a political party?) under Today's Headlines - "Alexander Downer screws up again", July 11th, and I came upon this line: "Now Indonesians are perhaps the most racist people in Asia." This is a 'blatantly untrue', hypocritical statement - the author is generalising, suggesting all Indonesians are racist, in fact the MOST racist in Asia. Excuse me, but generalising about a people, like Indonesians, is being racist in itself (well not exactly 'racist' as there is not an Indonesian 'race' as such, but very close to it). Of course there are some Indonesians who are racist, but not ALL of them, just as there are some One Nation supporters who are racist, but not ALL are.
But if on-line One Nation supporters keep claiming they are not racist, then why not fight against these types of racist comments? Perhaps, to quote the same article, "it does not matter how blatantly untrue the description is - just keep trotting it out at any opportunity and sure enough one day it might just stick." I think readers should have a look at the hypocrisy of this newsletter, and not believe it over 'normal' newspapers and TV, because this newsletter too is part of the media. If this letter is published unedited on the newsletter, then there may be hope for Australia, because freedom of speech is our democratic right. I would hate there to be one more example of hypocrisy.

Australia's youngest Federal candidate, One Nation's Vanessa Stewart (Moreton), had her 23rd birthday party at my home last night. About 30 friends gathered on the grassy deck just metres above the Brisbane River. Here are some images taken during the party.
Left to right: Touch football on the deck; group photo; the bar-b-que; Pauline Hanson's daughter, Lee; Vanessa (on right) with friends.
Another perfect day in paradise.
Have a good one.
