Of particular interest is the exclusive report and image of Warburton arguing with the protesters just before he was king hit from behind.
An implosion in Canberra went terribly wrong on Sunday when what was advertised as a "family event" to watch went awry.
Flying debris was not supposed to travel beyond a 50 metre radius of the building (the old Royal Canberra Hospital) but actually flew over 400 metres across Lake Burley Griffin into crowds of onlookers killing a 12 year girl and injuring several others.
The ACT Chief Minister Kate Carnell last night called for an immediate investigation into the tragedy. "Nobody ever indicated that this was even a small chance," she said. "The view was that 50 metres from the site was safe."
The high-flying antics of holidaying politicians continues with the leader of the Australian Labor Party, Kim Beazley, flying out for a two week tax payer funded holiday to Britain and the Middle East. Now the official reason for his visit is quite fascinating. Remember Howard met with Blair just weeks ago to discuss "unemployment"? Well Beazley's going to do the same.
Yes, Beazley and Blair will have a quick chin wag and then he will have justified the thousands of dollars that he will cost Australian tax payers for his holiday overseas!
Mr. James Burton of Melbourne's The Age went on the road for Pauline Hanson's One Nation Party Dandenong launch. His story was entitled "Blood and Circuses", and carried in the section of The Age called "Pauline Hanson and the Asian Debate". In general his story seemed to be fair and objective reporting of the events in Dandenong, which is unprecedented in The Age where Pauline Hanson is concerned.
Mr. Burton told of Mr. Turnbridge's offer to open a Dandenong branch of the party after he heard of the party's formation in April. His reason, even though he had been apolitical before, was, "Pauline Hanson has said what my family and most of the people I know have always said."
That just about says it all, as to why decent, law-abiding Australians including many migrants from many nations, are flocking to join Pauline Hanson's One nation Party, doesn't it?

Here are some comments from the Sunday Age article by Mark Forbes under the heading:
"Shadowy revolutionaries behind the Hanson violence"
Despite claims that the Campaign Against Racism (CAR) is a broad umbrella group, it is controlled by the Democratic Socialist Party (DSP) and its youth wing, Resistance.
On its web site, the DSP invites people to become part of a movement "fighting to pull down the rotten structure" of capitalism.
"We aim to lead in every struggle against capitalist oppression and destruction, and to unite these struggles against the system," the DSP manifesto states.
Chairman of CAR and the main organiser of the Melbourne DSP, Maurice Sibelle, declined to criticise Monday's bashing, saying, "We don't want to be drawn into attacking other protesters. We don't want to be drawn into policing our members."
The contact number for CAR and the DSP was the same despite initial claims by Sibelle that he "was a totally independent activist".
The Melbourne head of Resistance, Ms Alison Dellitt, said, "I don't support individual attacks on right-wingers, it's a counter productive tactic."
Mr Ian Rintoul, a spokesman for the International Socialists - one of the other militant groups campaigning against One Nation said, "We want to build the biggest possible socialist organisation out of anti-racist anger."
A spokesman for Militant, Mr Stephen Jolly, said that his group was fighting for social change and the nationalisation of Australia's top 200 companies.

Subject: The young Left
The sad thing about the young Left is that while they think they have
all the answers, they don't know the most important thing of all: that
their movement is funded and organised by monopoly Capitalists, and
always has been [see e.g. "Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution" by
Professor Antony Sutton; or "National Suicide" by the same author].
What they get if their efforts succeed is not the promised international
socialist utopia, but a global gulag ruled absolutely and irreversibly
by the mega-rich. The state will never wither away (you'd have to be
joking). What will wither away are their own chances of ever being
anything more than a number on a 'smart card', the 21st century's answer
to food vouchers.
And if the way revolutionaries have repaid their own in the past is any
indication, they have a far-better-than-even chance of being both red
AND dead. No wonder the would-be ruling elites no longer teach history:
there must be a new crop of these gullible young people every year. Wake
up dudes!

Subject: An undecided Aussie
Dear sir,
Pauline is right in what she says and I believe most Australians are just as
concerned as she is. What she must do is be very careful of who she
associates with. The majority of Aussies as she knows are fairly conservative
and will stand with her if she only associate with credible organisations,
not the fringe dwellers.
