"If the Coalition is really genuine about opposing Pauline Hanson, it should decide on preferences now," Senator Kernot is quoted as saying.
"Let's not have their double standards."
Back in Hobart Ms Hanson met with Aboriginal leaders just before she left the apple isle. They publicly supported her stand. Ms Hanson's visit to Hobart is now documented.
Gale force winds lashed the coasts of New South Wales yesterday resulting in hundreds of small craft being beached and rooves being blown off houses.
In the first 11 days of May there have been 107 mm of rain compared to the monthly average of 120 mm.
A film financed by a Japanese company has created a stir at the Cannes film festival.
The film is centered around a young Japanese woman who is hijacked and taken into the centre of Australia where she face xenophobic Australia at its worst.
The film carries several derogatory references by Australians to "Japs" and prejudices against Asians... a rather remarkable irony when one considers the manner in which certain races are treated when they visit Japan.
But there again, we did mention that the film was financed by Japanese investors.
The current system allows politicians who enter the game at a young age to take large lump sums out in cash when they retire from politics at 40 or 50.
I admire you Pauline for standing up for us when we need it. The people who call you fascist should look in the mirror. People who call you racist obviously haven't listened to what you are saying because it is cetainly not racist.
People who say aboriginals are disadvantaged are ignorant. In my town we are made to feel that us white australians are lower class. There is aboriginal only sporting carnivals, they have their own street the govt has given to them with brand new brick houses (better than my house and my parents work for mine) and brand new fords in which they destroy and are then given new ones.
I can't walk down the street in my own town without being called a "white b****". Now you tell me who are the racist ones? In my classroom (I'm in yr 12)we started discussing about Pauline Hanson. It turned into a huge debate and it soon got around the school people started calling my friends and I racist, fascist, psycho and extremists. We could not walk around the school without being taunted. It got to the stage where we were too afraid to go to school just for having our own opinions.
Our principal told us that if we have outlandish views like Pauline's we should not voice our opinions. Well I say voice your opinions! Be heard! March in the streets! Keep up the great work Pauline, we need you.

Your thoughts and ideas have been running through the minds of many Australians for ages. The only thing we all lacked was a leader.
Someone who could unite us together and lead us with a long stride into the future just like other famous leaders before us.
All I can say is that you have shown true blue aussie guts by putting your reputation and life on the line to improve the lives of other members of our wonderful country. Thank you for this and from one Australian to another, I salute you.

Hi,
I'm an ethnic Chinese, but I can see through all the liberal propaganda to see that what you're standing for is truly honourable. The battle here isn't between races, but between the forces of liberalism, and those trying to defend their Christian beliefs. The media is trying to make Hanson out to be racist, for they know that if they throw enough mud, some will stick.
Just want to say that not all Asians have fallen for the lies. Keep up the good work! :)

I was pretty upset about the protesters at Geelong and in Tasmania ,but what do you expect when people get things twisted. I feel that the One Nation party will get my support as long as gun control isn't an issue and fair treatment of all races is practised.
I havent got all the facts but believe a commitment on policy should be made and if one hasn't yet been made then a statement of what is reasonably proposed to do would be an advancement on no statement at all.

What a complete suprise that all of the email you have received denouncing Pauline Hanson, her party and you have all been from people who use foul language or cannot spell... hmm.. perhaps some editorial licence in selecting your "examples"?? Go on.. select mine!
What about the quote (apparently to be seen in the televised launch on the ABC) where a supporter asks "What of Minority Rights?" to be answered "We will crush the minority" by Ms Hanson? Forgot to include it? Maybe it didn't happen.. maybe the ABC made it up..
Hate to point this out.. but all majorities are made up of minorities. The Elderly are a minority. They get special benefits not accorded the rest of Australians. They get lots of money spent on them, millions in fact (millions MORE than Aboriginals...) Hmm.. better line them up for the chop.

Subject: Racism - to Pauline only
Hello racist.
Yes, racist! You say that "we have the right to choose who comes into our country", and deny any racism assosiated with that comment. That's a complete contradiction of terms, if you ask me. You can say that you don't like asians (lets face it), but it is a violation of basic human rights to tell stop them coming or going to any country they please. I could let fly with the insults, but I already did at the Hobart meeting. I was one of the three who saw you off from around the side of the city hall when you made your hasty exit. And calling you a racist isn't an insult, it's simply a fact. You don't like Asians or Aboriginies, therefore you try to take away their rights. Anyway, I am an Asian, technically. I was born in Melbourne, Australia, therefore I am Asian. So are you. Look at a map next time, and see just where Australia is in relation to the rest of the Asian continent.
I won't waste any more of my time here, so get a life, don't contract any terminal illnesses that causes you to die in agony over many days, and just remember that for every one supporter you gain, you also gain four more against you.

What a load of crap!!
Although i think the protester's actions were "facist" in a sense but who are you to talk. You people are the most facist I've seen...so just think about that. And take all this crap of the net, this material shouldn't be put where it shames Australia to the rest of the world.
