[MURDER BY MEDIA, DEATH OF DEMOCRACY
IN AUSTRALIA]
Just ten days to the launch of "Murder by Media, Death of Democracy in Australia" - buy your copy on-line here!
Here is an extract from the book
On the 21st November 1997 Helen Dodd launched Pauline Hanson's authorised biography "Pauline, the Hanson Phenomenon" at the Angus and Robertson bookstore in central Ipswich .
Among the media throng present at the launch was reporter Jeff Sommerfeld representing The Courier-Mail. (Seen here right with Pauline Hanson and Helen Dodd at the launch) He and the paper's photographer spent some time with Pauline Hanson and Helen Dodd. As he left he remarked that "he had a great story". But his "great story" was never carried. Instead, The Courier-Mail ran an article on a book launch by Bryce Courtenay in Sydney.
Given the newsworthiness of Ms Hanson, a reasonable person can only conclude that Sommerfeld's positive story on her authorised biography was censored by the chiefs-of-staff.
News Ltd papers around the country ignored the book following its launch. In contrast the Murdoch media gave extensive coverage to John Pasquarelli's unauthorised and controversial biography "The Pauline Hanson story by the man who knows". A reference in the book led to Channel 9's Midday host, Kerri-Anne Kennerley, calling Pasquarelli a liar on national TV on the 16th February 1998 .
The Rehame Report compared the reporting frequency of these two books and found that Mr Pasquarelli's book was significantly more reported on than Dr. Dodd's by a factor of ten. (Rehame Report - 1997-1998)
Following the release of "Pauline - The Hanson Phenomenon", a senior bureaucrat from the south-east Queensland branch of ATSIC publicly attacked Dr. Dodd's businesses and her professionalism and ethical standing as a pharmacist in the community. This personal and libellous attack was reported on Monday 24th November 1997 by The Queensland Times. The Aboriginal complainant admitted to not having read the biography. The Courier-Mail did not report on the verbal attack against Dr Dodd.
It was only when Dr Dodd was unceremoniously evicted from Pauline Hanson's office at the end of June 1998 that The Courier-Mail suddenly made mention of her book. Out of the blue she was referred to the as the author of Ms Hanson's authorised biography, "Pauline, the Hanson phenomenon" - a book that most people had never heard of, a book that was not even stocked by the major book stores.
After her eviction Dr Dodd told me that she never gave the Courier-Mail an interview and refused to meet with their reporters. She told me that despite her refusal reporters turned up at her home demanding to speak with her. She still refused.
Yet two reporters from The Courier-Mail, Michael Madigan and Elizabeth Meryment, quoted her on the 1st July in a large front page article with accompanying file photograph as saying: "They (the two Davids) are using her (Ms Hanson) for marketing purposes..."
"All I can say to Pauline is 'you need to get back in charge very quickly before your credibility gets hurt anymore'."
Dr Dodd asks a pertinent question: how could the press manufacture this information and run it as a front page story when she did not make these statements? This behaviour demonstrates the flagrant disregard by the press for accurate and truthful reporting.
Reports suggest that more than half of Australia's households will be on-line by the year 2001 according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
The usage is largely by the young with just 5% of people over 55 years of age using it today.
Last year 971,000 out of 6 million homes were linked to the Internet - almost 75% being in the capital cities. This was a 14% increase on the previous year.
The age of enlightenment approaches!
Extract from an article by Graham Strachan:
Loonies could also include anybody who mistrusts the motives of governments, who believes they and the media are capable of deliberately creating hysteria and using it as the excuse to impose martial law, suspend Constitutions, abrogate individual rights, suspend the rule of law, disarm the populace, and to bring in their glorious world government, at least over the countries of the West. This qualification would naturally catch a lot of One Nation voters, whom Mr. Fischer has declared repeatedly he wants obliterated once and for all. This just might be his big chance.
The world certainly has been brought low by sin and debauchery, bribery, corruption and treason in high places, it certainly has the Y2K bug, and it has the Clinton administration, which seems to think it has the right to bomb other peoples countries at will and with impunity, providing a possible trigger for nuclear holocaust. The world also has the potential for an economic crisis of mammoth proportions, with wild swings in the stock markets and the values of currencies, and trillions of dollars of non-existent pretend money tied up in non-existent pretend assets, being gambled daily on global markets which have almost nothing to do with any real economic activity. It also has major media which can no longer be trusted to tell the truth, and it has people with the will to power, the will to world power. If thats not a formula for Armageddon, what is?
Here is an extract from the letter:
On December 17th 1920, the League of Nations confirmed Australia's mandates over ex-German Pacific Territories and Australia administered the whole of Papua New Guinea plus Nauru from that time forward until independent satisfaction was achieved. Australia gave independence to Papua New Guinea in 1975, whereupon Papua New Guinea embraced a new Constitution and laws. As you are no doubt aware it is a legal impossibility for a nation to award independence to another nation unless the administering nation is sovereign in itself.
Australia's first treaty with a foreign nation was signed in February 1922, and that was the Washington Naval Treaty. You will no doubt understand that the cognisance of a treaty making power is a prerequisite to recognition as a sovereign nation.
In 1926 the Inter-Imperial Relations Committee issued a declaration on absolute equality of the Dominions with the United Kingdom.
On June 26th 1945, Australia signed the United Nations Charter as a foundation Member State. The League of Nations was terminated in 1946. Australia's sovereign nation status is guaranteed by the United Nations Charter, Article 2 paragraphs 1 and 4 plus various resolutions.
Reading yesterday's anotd about the results of the bashing of Keith Warburton encouraged me to report on a conversation I had recently. The discussion was with an anti-Hanson work colleague about the unethical attacks against Pauline Hanson by the mainstream media. Below are some observations I made about the conversation.
1: This anti-Hanson person expressed absolute confidence
in the media reports regardless of the evidence I provided to prove otherwise.
What is typical about these anti-Hanson people is the fact that they never
bothered to find out the actual views of PHON. Instead they take the
unintelligent option of only listening to one side of the story.
2: This person claimed that some of her friends had stated that they would
physically attack Pauline Hanson if they ever met her.
It seems to me that these are common responses amongst the more avid anti-Hanson people and only goes to prove how dangerous our unethical media are. The fact that the mainstream media can exert such control over normally sane, intelligent people only supports previous research that both the entertainment ( sex/violence ) media and the news media are responsible for a great deal of the violence, murders and suicides in society. Those with immature minds ( like Martin Bryant ) would be even more susceptable to media influence.

Invalidity of the Australian constitution
To the Convenors,
I am disappointed to find that both organisations, your own and the "Australians for a Constitutional Monarchy" movement, have known for a number of years of the deception that has been carried through, by the parasites and predators that infest our capital city, Canberra, for over fifty years, regarding the invalidity of our "constitution", "The Colony of The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK)".
Australia has been a republic since at least January 20th 1920, and has operated under invalid law since January 22nd 1901, the day of the death of Queen Victoria, Queen of England. Even the most casual observer would understand that the Letters Patent commanding the authority of the "Governor-General" and State "Governors" expired upon the death of the Monarch and were not reissued by the new Monarch.
The people of Australia were accepted by the international community, as a sovereign people, on January 20th 1920 and have been so ever since.
I am surprised, more than anything, that the deception has been carried on by supposedly honest persons on both sides of the debate.
The move to ask the Australian people to participate in an unlawful referendum, called by person holding no lawful authority, is to be dealt with by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan. It would be wise to understand the international legal ramifications of imposing British law upon sovereign Australian Citizens.
I have no problem concerning the prosecution of these persons.
Yours faithfully,
Len Clampett.

Sorry day
This one has always bugged me.
I've sent e-mail to Aboriginal Land Councils and have also asked some "Aboriginal" people about this 'Sorry Day' issue. The question I ask is; "If I must apologise on behalf of my dead Anglo/Euro/Whatever ancestors, then shouldn't "Aboriginals" who are not 100% full-blooded also apologise?"
One fellow has told me he doesn't have to apologise because there's no such thing as part-aboriginal. He states that the law says you are either Aboriginal/T.S. or Non-Aboriginal. If you meet the three requirements then that's all it takes.
I'm afraid I just can't go for that type of logic (even if it is the law). I know that this person's blood line is 7/8ths Anglo/Irish and 1/8th Koori.
I would really be pleased if I could get a sensible answer on this subject. As yet I have not received any answer or reply from any of the land councils I have e-mailed.
