The fruitloops who go around calling One Nation supporters racist should pinch themselves first and then wake up second - but of course that won't happen. The writer of the post below is an Asian. This obviates him from the racist tag.... his comments are known as "discrimination" a tag which fits all real acts of racism perpetrated by Asians.

In conclusion the native title debate is further complicated to the benefit of the legal profession by the most recent Federal Court ruling outlined below. Despite the important ramifications to the Australian pastoralists the mainstream media have glossed over and ignored the findings in the Yorta Yorta case.

4. It follows from the above that a claim to native title necessarily involves a number of distinct avenues of inquiry. First, it is necessary to prove that the members of the claimant group (whether it be described as a clan, a community or otherwise) are descendants of the indigenous people who occupied (in the relevant sense) the claimed area prior to the assertion of Crown sovereignty; second, the nature and content of the traditional laws acknowledged, and the traditional customs observed by the indigenous people, in relation to their traditional land must be established; third, it must be demonstrated that the traditional connexion (sic) with the land of the ancestors of the claimant group has been substantially maintained since the time sovereignty was asserted; and the claimed rights and interests must be rights and interests recognised by the common law of Australia. Leaving aside for the moment any question of extinguishment, it is not until each of these elements has been proved that it will be possible to determine whether the laws acknowledged and the customs observed by a contemporary clan, group or community should be afforded the protection of Australian law...

134. For the reasons expressed above the Court determines that native title does not exist in relation to the claimed land and waters...

A search of "Arnold Bloch Leibler" (ABL) on the Australasian Legal Information Institute website provides a revealing insight on the dealing of the two Leibler brothers, Mark and Isi, and why they are so paranoid about the "populist" policies of Pauline Hanson and One Nation. (Remember Leibler's list and the Australia/Israel review?)

ABL's cases include: tax avoidance, trusts, alleged income tax fraud, native title claims, foreign takeovers and withholding documents sought by the tax office. Aboriginal activist Noel Pearson is also noted as "joining ABL staff".

While the Kennett (Victoria - Australia) Government has made it known through the mainstream media (which he appears to control) that it has an allegedly hard-line on law enforcement and integrity issues including so-called 'zero-tolerance' for many kinds of crimes, to some observers, Jeff Kennett appears to be exempt from all this.

In 1993, Kennett and his wife were exposed as having used a government car to conduct private business for the advertising agency, KNF owned by Kennett and wife Felicity. Under normal circumstances such isn't allowed, but it goes without saying that Kennett wasn't punished or fined in any way for doing so. A further conflict of interest was that highly lucrative government contracts were being awarded to KNF, possibly in violation of correct procedures.
