A few months ago, Stan Deyo started making analyses of sea surface temperature changes using OTIS (Optimum Thermal Interpolation System) images prepared twice daily by FNMOC* for the US Navy. He found a strong correlation between rapid temperature changes in the sea surfaces and the occurence of severe earthquakes, volcanoes and violent coastal storms at the same locations as the changes. Interesting project to research.

The Dolphin Within Society is an Australian non-profit organisation researching the healing power of dolphins on people. As part of our research we organise trips for small groups of people on our boat, Sirius, for two-day interactions with dolphins in the wild. Our research, which is unique in the world, is showing that being with dolphins can put people into more relaxed and creative states of consciousness, as measured with our EEG or brainwave machine.
